
About the Role
Evaluate patients to determine the severity of their condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices through continuing education.
Requirements
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.
Proven experience as a Physical Therapist.
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Basic proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Requirements:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
CPR certification.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move patients, and stand for prolonged periods.
