About the Role

• Prepare and submit monthly reports for the TTB, AP, and Custom Crush Clients.
• Complete compliance documentation for federal and state wine taxes, CRV, out-of-state registration, and other tax requirements.
• Manage and maintain all regulatory licenses, including those from CDFA, EPA, FDA, Health Department, Grape Crush Report, State Air & Water Boards, and OSHA.
• Oversee DMV registrations, vehicle inspections, and related documentation.
• Handle and update all liability insurance policies.
• Assist in the development and compliance of annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, cost analysis, and P&L review.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Track and report costs for bulk wine, dry goods, and finished goods inventories.
• Maintain records for fixed assets and manage depreciation schedules.
• Work with external CPAs and financial advisors for year-end tax filings.
• Process and issue 1099 forms for contract services.
• Organize and store all invoices and receipts systematically.
• Provide support to office and team members in daily tasks, special projects, and company initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles with increasing responsibility; or

    • High School equivalency with 7-9 years of relevant experience in compliance roles with increasing responsibility.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS365, QuickBooks, and Vintrace.

  • Physical Requirements:

    • Able to sit for prolonged periods and operate a computer and telephone.

    • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    • Willingness to perform tasks beyond the primary responsibilities.

  • Other Skills:

    • Ability to input data into systems efficiently and accurately.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
